Chelsea FC is part of the Melbourne Victory Club Victory program.

This sees many of our Sub Juniors/Juniors players having the pleasure of being mascots for the games and half time mat carriers.

Chelsea FC is one of a privileged clubs to be members of Melbourne Victory's Club Victory program which gives our Club and its Members wonderful money cannot buy opportunities. Launched in 2010, Club Victory engages 28+ junior clubs around metropolitan Melbourne in order to develop meaningful and sustainable relationships with our young footballers and their respective clubs.

The Club Victory program focuses on the development and growth of grass roots football and gives each club a unique opportunity to engage directly with Melbourne Victory Football Club.
