Club Secretary (Job Share)


This essential volunteer leadership role is ideal for a highly organised and community-minded individual who thrives on teamwork and football culture. As Football Coordinator – Admin, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting players, coaches, and club operations. Working closely with the Technical Director, you’ll help coordinate team setups, player communications, and football events, ensuring a smooth experience for all involved.

You’ll manage behind-the-scenes logistics like player trials, team allocations, and ground bookings, as well as support coach recruitment and liaise with the committee. Your proactive mindset and excellent communication skills will make you a trusted point of contact for resolving issues and helping the club grow.

Referee Coordinator


Chelsea FC is seeking an organised, supportive and community-focused volunteer to help drive our Youth Referee Program. In this vital behind-the-scenes role, you’ll coordinate referee appointments for U7–U11 home games, assist with coverage for older junior fixtures, manage communication with young referees and their families, and ensure accurate administration across scheduling, payments and club systems. You’ll play a key role in developing the next generation of referees by supporting their training, wellbeing and progression—while helping ensure smooth matchday operations across the club. If you’re detail-oriented, calm under pressure and passionate about youth development and grassroots football, we’d love you to join our team and make a meaningful impact at Chelsea FC.

Sponsorship Coordinator


This commission-based leadership role is ideal for a proactive and relationship-driven individual who enjoys connecting businesses with community sport. As Sponsorship Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in generating sponsorship revenue to support the club’s growth and activities.

Working closely with the President and Committee, you’ll identify and secure new sponsors, manage ongoing partnerships, and ensure sponsors receive strong visibility across signage, digital platforms, and club events. You’ll act as the primary point of contact for sponsors, maintaining clear communication and delivering value throughout the season.

You’ll also coordinate sponsor promotion across social media, oversee branding presentation, and support sponsor-related events such as appreciation nights and key matchdays.
