Payments


When Registering you will have two options for payments: 

Option 1 - full payment by credit or debit card

Option 2 – payment plan by direct debit. 30% up front, then the remaining 70% split over your choice of weeks, as long as it completes by 1st May 2026. Please be aware this incurs a transaction fee of $0.99 per payment.

Refund Policy


If you decide to leave Chelsea FC or have a season ending injury, the following are the conditions for the Club granting a refund.


From registration, any player who withdraws as a result of injury or wants to leave Chelsea FC will need to make application in writing to the Committee requesting a refund (send to info@chelseafootballclub.com.au).


Each refund request will be addressed on a case-by-case basis and all 100% refunds will be subject to a 5% administrative fee (3rd party Transaction charges).

Conditions for a refund are:



100% Refund (less fees) 50% Refund No Refund
From Date of Registration First Pre-Season/Proper Season Training Session First Pre-Season/Proper Season Official Fixture onwards
To First Training Session First Pre-Season/Proper Season Official Fixture

There are no refunds available for any Future First Program, uniform or merchandise purchases.
